Shipping and Payment Information

Note: We have fixed the billing error for Canadian orders. There was a problem with the shopping cart shipping formula. Canadian orders cost $6 for the first item and approximately 15% of the cost of the products. We ship via US mail.

For the uninitiated, "Y-Que" translates from spanish as "so what". Pronounced "eKay".

Please verify your CVV Code (the last three digits on the back of your card) when you place your order.

For orders over $100 we can only ship to the billing address on the credit card and to the credit card holder unless you provide us with a fax photocopy (to: 323-664-8302) of your credit card back (this proves you are in possession of the card and a photocopy of your drivers license/id) to verify that you are the card holder.

Shirt Sizes: The standard shirts are Hanes t-shirts. An Adult Large is about 22" from shoulder to shoulder and 26" from neck to bottom. The sizes fluctuate about 2" in either direction per size (eg: Medium 20" x 24"). Youth Sizes are about comparable to women's 0-2 (youth small) 4-6 (youth medium) 8-10 (youth large)

The standard shipping fee is a $3.50 per order plus a per item cost based on the weight of the product and your location in the US. We ship via US Priority Mail.

We process orders on a pre-pay basis. Once payment has been received it generally takes 3-5 business days to process orders and then 2-4 business days for the order to be delivered. Turnaround time is generally about a week to a week and half from when you place the order until you receive it. Special color combinations take more time, please allow two-weeks for those type of items. Most other countries are charged a minimum of $10 flat plus a per item cost depending on the weight of the product and each country is shipped to on a case by case basis. Shipping outside of the US generally takes 7-10 business days after we have prepared the order.

We do not ship to all countries.

We have a 100% guarantee on our products for US customers and you can mail back any product you order as long as you pay the return shipping charges. If we make a mistake on your order, we will make every effort to fix the problem to your satisfaction. Thank You.
